Plan of Work

The project is being managed with the use of the Royal Institute of British Architecture (RIBA) Plan of Work. This breaks the project down into stages that are recognised by architects, funders and contractors as an appropriate way of managing the project.

We are now embarking on Stage 2 of the plan ‘Concept Design’. We are working with our Church Council, our congregations, other Churches in Kirkby Lonsdale, organisations across the town including the Town Council and finally with the local community and visitors to Kirkby Lonsdale. We will continue to report on progress monthly in Around Kirkby Lonsdale (AKL) and hope to see you at one of our ‘Drop In’ sessions (advertised in AKL).
